Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community at Claycots. This is an exciting opportunity to support high-quality teaching and learning while making a real difference to the lives of our pupils. Working closely with the Class Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting and scaffolding pupils’ learning, both in the classroom and through small group or 1:1 support. You will help to ensure all children - including those with additional needs - are able to access the curriculum, feel included, and achieve their full potential. You will contribute to creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment, support behaviour management, monitor pupil progress, and build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff and families.
