We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant Level 3 who: Has experience supporting children in a school or nursery setting Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent) Understands how to work alongside teachers to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging learning Sets high expectations and believes every child can succeed Brings creativity, enthusiasm and a nurturing approach to the classroom Can remain positive, patient and solution‑focused when faced with challenges Thrives as part of a supportive, dedicated team If you’re passionate about helping children grow in confidence, curiosity and independence, you’ll fit right in.
