You will consistently strive for excellence and inspire the same in others. You will play an active role in creating a curriculum that is irresistible, engaging, and accessible to all learners. Hold high aspirations for every pupil, nurturing respectful and trusting relationships built on warmth, consistency, and clear expectations. You will champion each child’s success, both academically and personally. Are enthusiastic ambassadors for our school, contributing positively to the wider community and helping to strengthen partnerships with families, external agencies, and local organisations. Possess excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, working effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team. You will value teamwork, contribute ideas openly, and help to maintain a culture of mutual respect and shared success.
