About the role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Nursery Manager to work 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, supporting the day-to-day running of our nursery provision and helping to provide outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children. Whilst this post is advertised as 30 hours per week, there may be some flexibility in the contracted hours for the successful candidate, subject to the needs of the nursery. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision. This is a role where building positive relationships with children, families and staff is essential. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Manager in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop confidence and make excellent progress.
