The role of Catering Assistant requires team work, strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. The successful candidate wil have: Ability to work under pressure Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team Ability to understand and carry out instructions Experience of working in a catering organisation/role (desirable)
