Salary: Meridian Support Staff Pay Scale Grade 7 point 12 to 19 Actual Annual Salary - Β£25,193 to Β£28,244 (FTE Β£28,598 to Β£32,061) Hours of Work: 37 hours per week - 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday Term time plus 5 training days and 5 days to be worked during school closure periods (40 weeks) We are seeking to recruit a HR Officer to oversee all personnel matters within our growing school. This includes managing payroll, absence, recruitment, wellbeing and all general aspects of the employee life cycle at WVA. Up until now, HR has been managed by the PA to the Principal, but with the continued growth of the school, we are looking to establish HR as its own separate entity. Knowledge of Bromcom and iTrent would be an advantage but not essential.
