The successful candidate will help ensure that pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience while promoting good behaviour and supporting the school's values. Key Responsibilities Supervising pupils during lunch periods in the dining hall and playground Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners Assisting younger children with their meals where required Supporting pupils' wellbeing and ensuring their safety at all times Organising and encouraging positive play activities Managing minor incidents and reporting any concerns to senior staff Helping maintain a clean and orderly dining environment Following school safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour policies Person Specification Enjoys working with children and supporting their development Friendly, patient, and approachable Able to communicate effectively with children and staff Reliable, punctual, and well-organised Able to work as part of a team Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential Working Hours The successful candidate will work Monday – Friday 11:30-13:00.
