Job Title:  Administration Assistant -x 2

Actual Salary: £22,213 – £24,211 (Based on full-time hours 37 hours, term time only)

                          £18,010 - £19,631 (Based on part-time hours 30 hours, term time only)

Full-Time Equivalent Salary :  £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full-time hours, all year round.

Contract Type : Permanent

Hours:  Full-time, Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week Term Time Only plus INSET Days

             Part time, Tuesday – Friday – Flexibility can be discussed at interview

Provisional Start Date : 3 September 2026 –Pending completion of pre-employment checks

Broadoak are looking for two Admin Assistants to join are team, under the direction of senior staff, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy.  This is a flexible role within our Academy Admin team. Within your week you will complete days working on the school reception, our student services desk, working in Repro and working within the admin office carrying out general school admin including parent calls, E-mails, comms home and other key admin tasks

At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.
