We're looking for a calm, caring and enthusiastic Behaviour and Inclusion Manager to become a vital part of our community and help us continue to create a school that is characterised by positivity, challenge, and enjoyment. Effective behaviour support and mentoring are central to our inclusive approach. Our Behaviour and Inclusion Manager plays a key role in helping students understand the impact of their choices, develop positive behaviours and successfully reintegrate into mainstream learning, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to succeed. The Behaviour and Inclusion Manager will lead our internal behaviour intervention provision, ensuring students receive high-quality academic support, purposeful mentoring and personalised intervention during periods away from mainstream lessons. Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and families, you will help students develop the strategies, resilience and self-regulation needed to return successfully to learning. This will include monitoring and supporting them with work on their core subjects as well as overseeing their therapeutic interventions associated with the reason for them being placed in the School’s Reflection Room. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in education, youth work, pastoral care, alternative provision or behaviour support who is committed to making a lasting difference to young people’s lives. Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and teaching staff, you’ll combine high expectations with compassionate support to create an environment where every student can reflect, learn and thrive.
