Teaching Assistant: SEND Support and Lunchtime Supervisor We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic, positive and hardworking individuals to join our team and support us to improve the learning experiences for our students. As part of the role you will be expected to support a range of children with diverse needs within the classroom, support groups of children in their learning and deliver academic interventions to small groups and SEND children. We are seeking applicants who will: Inspire, motivate and support children in their learning Assist the teacher with day-to-day work and management of pupils and the classroom Work under the guidance/instruction of teaching staff to support the delivery of quality first teaching Raise standards of achievement for all pupils Promote the social development of all pupils Deliver learning programmes for individuals and small groups Enable pupils to become independent learners Support children with learning plans to meet their targets Support the Christian ethos of the school and our values: Respect, Courage, Forgiveness, Humility, Trust, Wisdom, Compassion, Service, Peace, Love and Hope.
