Breakfast Club Assistant Contract Type: Permanent. Pay Grade: Grade C3. Full Time Salary: £24,796 Actual Salary: £3,750.15 Hours: 6.67 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. Starting: 1 September 2026 We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, professional Breakfast Club Assistant to work with our children in the breakfast club. Working within a team to give the children the best start to and setting them up for success for the day of learning ahead. We are looking to appoint someone who: Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly will ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn. understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy. is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school. understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct. who is prepared to undertake appropriate CPD to develop their skills including First Aid training and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training. understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
