Trust Finance Assistant Scale 4 (pt 8-9) Salary: Β£27,553 - Β£27,983 (FTE) * inc. Fringe Allowance Actual salary: Β£16,353 - Β£16,608 *based on Essex Schools Pay Scales 2025/26 25 hours per week across five days; Monday to Friday As a Trust Finance Assistant, you will provide essential accounting and administrative support to the central finance team, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of financial services across the Trust. You will support schools with day-to-day financial processes, promote compliance with policies and procedures, and build strong working relationships with colleagues to deliver a high-quality finance service.
