The successful applicants will: Have experience working with EYFS children.  Have experience working with children with additional needs and possess a range of strategies to support children with challenging behaviour  Have good mathematical and English skills  Be able to form positive relationships with children, families and staff  Be able to support the children within the class, during break times and around the school.  Have a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of children  Be able to use their initiative to support learning & behaviour  Be adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a team  Be willing to undertake training and attend meetings as necessary How to apply A job description/person specification is available from ‘Attachments’. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
