Learning Support Assistant 25.5 hours per week ( Term Time Only) Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2027 NJC Grade 6 (£15,663 actual salary) Job Overview At St. Teresa’s, our children are at the heart of everything we do. Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths. A relevant Teaching Assistant, childcare or educational qualification, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting learning and contributing to positive outcomes for pupils. A caring, nurturing and empathetic approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
