Learning Support Assistant 25.5 hours per week ( Term Time Only) Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2027 NJC Grade 6 (£15,663 actual salary) Job Overview At St. Teresa’s, our children are at the heart of everything we do. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, prepare resources, support pupils pastorally, and help create an environment where every child feels valued, confident, and ready to succeed. You will play an important part in monitoring progress, celebrating achievements, and ensuring that all children receive the support they need to flourish. Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths. A relevant Teaching Assistant, childcare or educational qualification, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting learning and contributing to positive outcomes for pupils. A caring, nurturing and empathetic approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
