We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team and provide outstanding care and support to children and young people within our residential setting. The role is term time only , offering an excellent work-life balance while still enabling you to make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people. As part of our committed and supportive team, you will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where pupils can thrive both emotionally and physically, you will support children with all aspects of daily living, encourage independence, and engage them in meaningful activities that promote their social, emotional and physical development.
