We are looking to appoint a friendly, dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to help create a safe, happy, and supportive environment for children in our Early Years setting . The successful candidate will support the learning, development and wellbeing of our youngest pupils, helping to create a stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to making a positive difference to children's lives. This role is a full-time, term-time role, Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning and play opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Assist in planning, preparing and delivering engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning activities, both indoors and outdoors. Support the learning, development and wellbeing of individual children and small groups, encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour. Observe, monitor and record children's progress, contributing to assessments and learning journeys as directed by the class teacher. Support children's personal care needs, including toileting, hygiene and promoting independence, in accordance with school policies. Prepare and supervise snack and mealtimes, promoting healthy eating habits and supporting children's social development. Help maintain a safe, clean, inclusive and stimulating learning environment, ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
