Teaching Assistants (SEN) -Bramingham Primary School Salary: Β£13.05-Β£13.26 per hour Β£17,187- Β£17,463 Annual Actual Contract: Permanent 30 hours Monday to Friday (term time only- 38 weeks ) Salary range: NJC Scale Level 2 pt 4-5 Start Date: September 2026 Closing Date: This advert will remain open until candidates are appointed. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and fully committed to helping children with Special Educational Needs thrive. You will need to be passionate about meeting the needs of our children. We are a fully inclusive school, with a resourced provision for children with physical and medical needs. The successful candidate will: Have experience working with children with a range of SEN needs Be able to provide high-quality support to pupils both in class and during individual or small-group interventions Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team Be adaptable, reliable, and able to use their initiative Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment We can offer: A welcoming and supportive staff team Opportunities for professional development and training including opportunities for teaching apprenticeships A caring school community with children who are eager to learn Free Breakfast and Afterschool Club if your child/ren attend the school.
