Learning Support Assistant

The Learning Support Assistant will actively promote the school’s values of Care, Challenge and Collaboration, ensuring that all pupils feel supported, valued and empowered to achieve their best. The postholder will contribute to the school’s vision of Unlocking Potential, Building Resilience and Celebrating Success, helping pupils to develop the confidence, skills and determination needed to thrive. In all aspects of the role, the Learning Support Assistant will embody the Academy motto, “Growing Together”, fostering positive relationships and a strong sense of belonging within the school community. They should be someone who can work in partnership with others is flexible and well organised can make positive relationships with parents Previous experience in a school setting would be beneficial but is not essential, however the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they can engage with all our pupils and build positive relationships.
