We are looking to recruit an experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant. We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate and flexible individual with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards for those they work with. Supporting children across the school. You will have a real commitment to ensure every child works towards their potential. You will be required to work through the lunchtime period. You will be required to work 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only. This is a total of 32.5 hours per week. Attendance at the annual safeguarding training is essential. Desirable Experience of supporting children in a school setting Experience of working with children with additional needs Good standard of education: Maths and English GCSE grades A-C or equivalent First Aid, or the ability to gain the qualification Willing to undertake training and support individual needs This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
