About the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join a strong premises team. You will be joining one of the top performing non-selective schools in the local area, We have a strong focus on high standards and aspirations, built around the simple message that supporting students is the most important thing we do. Main Purpose To provide an efficient and professional cleaning service at the designated premises in accordance with Trust Policies, Procedures and Regulations. Main Tasks Organise and carry out all tasks, as directed, to provide a hygienically clean and safe environment Comply with all statutory regulations and ensure that COSHH and Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are fully complied with, to always maintain a safe working environment Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment including scrubbing and buffing machines To wear and maintain the provided personal protective equipment whilst carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties To contribute to the performance of the team in ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times To attend training sessions and meetings as required What we offer A strong student support team which is focused on creating a calm atmosphere where students are ready and able to learn Opportunities to share and develop good practice Onsite car park Onsite gym Onsite nursery Performance Management review system If you want to be challenged in an environment of support, good humour and a shared belief that every child will reach their potential then please apply to be part of our team. All appointments will be subject to receipt of satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, pre-employment checks and a probation period.
