Permanent - Start date: 1st September 2026 - Term time only - 32.5 Hours per week Redlands Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and development—both in the classroom and in small groups or individual settings. About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: • Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with special educational needs. • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans, behaviour plans, and personal care programmes. • Encourage pupil participation, independence, and positive behaviour. • Help deliver learning activities across the curriculum, including literacy, numeracy and ICT. • Accompany pupils on trips and supervise during unstructured times when needed. • Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and the school’s ethos at all times.
