Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking to recruit an experienced, aspirational and energetic teaching assistant to support their team in early years, a level 3 qualification is desirable. This position is term time only, working 39 weeks per year and Monday - Friday 08.25 - 15.15. Continuous improvement of teaching and learning under the supervision of the Class teacher and SENDCo. Maintaining and raising standards under the supervision of the Class teacher, SENDCo and SLT. Tracking performance of specified groups of children. Leading by example to motivate and work with others.
