We are
looking for a committed, organised and resilient Behaviour Assistant to join
our experienced pastoral team. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys
building positive relationships with young people and wants to play an active
part in maintaining the calm, purposeful environment that allows every student
to succeed. Working closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and families,
you will support students to make positive choices, monitor behaviour and
attendance, communicate with parents, coordinate administrative processes and
provide practical support to ensure our high expectations are consistently
upheld.
