At Gatley
Primary, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team. Our Teaching
Assistants work closely with groups of children as well as individual children,
including those with EHCPs, to deliver personalised learning programmes and
interventions. We provide a learning environment that aims to create a warm,
friendly atmosphere in which children can grow and develop both academically
and personally. We take pride in our achievements and have high
expectations for each child in every aspect of their work – captured by our
underlying school mission statement –‘Enjoying Learning and Achieving
Together’. We recognise that positive mental health and well-being, along
with personal growth, are essential to the development of thriving and
successful pupils and staff.
The successful
candidate will demonstrate necessary skills in order to enhance school life in
