College Leader

We wish to recruit a Non-Teaching Colleague as a College Leader to

lead, manage and support the personal development, behaviour and welfare needs

of all our students and to help the school continue its excellent progress.

This is a

fantastic opportunity to join an existing team to have a significant influence

on the culture of the school. Applications would be particularly welcome from enthusiastic

individuals with a commitment to improving the personal development, behaviour

and welfare of our students. As a College Leader you will be an influential

middle leader in the school with a real opportunity to make an impact.

We require a College Leader with the following attributes:

Outstanding communication, organisation and

interpersonal skills

The ability to lead, manage and develop a team

of tutors and students

The ability to analyse and subsequently act

upon a range of different student data

The ability to engage with parents and other

stakeholders
