Position: S EN Teaching Assistant in our Woodland class (for
children with pre-verbal Autism Spectrum Disorder) and Midday Supervisor.
We are looking for someone who:
Is motivated and enthusiastic about supporting children with
significant Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are at the very start of
their learning journey in our dedicated classroom.
Has a calm, caring, and patient approach, creating a safe and
supportive environment.
Is proactive and willing to learn on the job, showing flexibility and a positive attitude when faced with new
challenges.
Communicates effectively with children and adults; builds strong relationships
with pupils, colleagues & families.
Is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of
children, helping them achieve their
potential and celebrate success.
Holds high expectations for themselves and the pupils they support, promoting independence and confidence even in those with
significant needs.
