We are looking for a committed individual who brings creativity, initiative and a genuine passion for supporting early learning, alongside a strong belief in enabling every child to reach their full potential. You will work as part of a dedicated and supportive staff team, collaborating closely to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences. In your role as Teaching Assistant, you will support our youngest learners in developing confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. Additionally, in your role as MDSA, you will help ensure that children are safe, happy and engaged during lunchtime and playtimes, working both independently and as part of a team. The working pattern for the Teaching Assistant is Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 3.15pm and MDSA working pattern Monday - Friday, 12.0pm - 1.00pm. Please note : The two roles are linked and form part of the overall employment package.
