We are now seeking a skilled, committed and reflective Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, helping our pupils to grow in confidence, curiosity and independence. The Role As an HLTA, you will: Deliver learning to whole classes, small groups and individuals , including PPA cover Support teachers with planning, assessment and adapting learning to meet pupil needs Lead targeted interventions and pastoral support , including 1:1 work Work closely with the SENDCo , contributing to EHCPs, provision maps and referrals Promote inclusion, independence and positive behaviour for all pupils Monitor and record pupil progress, supporting high-quality outcomes Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips, enrichment and daily routines About You We are looking for someone who: Holds HLTA status (or equivalent) and has strong primary experience Has experience of leading whole-class learning and delivering interventions Is passionate about supporting all pupils, including those with Has excellent communication, organisation and ICT skills Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and Is proactive, enthusiastic and committed to professional development Why Join Grange?
