We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and dedicated Assistant SENCo to join our supportive SEND team who will work closely with the SENCo, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will lead transition arrangements for pupils joining the school, oversee SEND interventions, coordinate annual reviews for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to flourish. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to lead our SEND intervention team, monitor student progress, support staff with inclusive practice, and contribute to the strategic development of SEND provision across the school. You will also play an important part in welcoming new pupils and their families, ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences from the very start of their journey with us.
