City2Coast Primary Federation is a group of four coastal schools, two city schools and a special resource base providing education for primary school children aged 2 to 11 years. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistant with experience and skills supporting children with Special Educational Needs to join our team in reception/year 1 at Rollesby Primary School. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher and other teaching assistants, assisting the children in their work and play, supporting with pupil behaviour and establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs. You will work as a member of a friendly and committed staff in a supportive environment where teamwork is valued. Personal qualities are of paramount important, and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility, and reliability. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Hours of work, 08:50 to 12:15, Monday to Friday.
