At The GORSE Academies Trust (GORSE), HR plays a central role in enabling organisational success through people. We are seeking a confident and credible HR Business Partner to join our forward‑thinking central team and support leaders across our educational establishments. This is ahigh‑impact role, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, strengthen practice and help create an inclusive and effective culture across GORSE. What you’ll be doing You’ll play a central role across the trust, working closely with Principals and leadership teams to: Align HR strategy with organisational goals. Lead on complex employee relations cases, bringing clarity and resolution at pace. Drive organisational development, performance management and change initiatives. Use data and insight to influence and support decision making. Support talent management, succession planning and workforce development. Champion a positive, values driven culture across GORSE. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but also confident influencing at senior level. You’ll bring: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Proven experience in either a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Advisor role. Confidence managing complex and sensitive employee relations issues. A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills. A data informed mindset and ability to drive improvement. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
