This is a key role at the heart of our daily operations, providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support that helps our school run smoothly and efficiently. This role would suit a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional commitment, and can be relied upon to follow through on commitments and deliver outcomes to a high standard. You will respond to support requests within agreed timeframes, analyse data, and produce accurate reports that inform decision‑making. Your responsibilities will include processing routine forms and returns, liaising professionally with parents, students, staff and external agencies, and supporting the organisation of meetings, visits and events. You’ll also contribute to the development of effective administrative systems, undertake a range of IT‑based tasks, and support HR administration as required. Confidentiality, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll be confident using advanced IT packages, able to prioritise a varied workload, and committed to delivering a high standard of service. You will also support reception duties, assist with the operation of our management information system. This role requires supporting school events after 3:00pm such as parents’ evenings, proms and other activities. The job holder will be expected to undertake first aid training and MIDAS training. Student wellbeing and medication support ensure that every child’s health and safety needs are met with care and confidentiality.
