Job Title:  Teaching Assistant - Level 1  Actual Annual Salary:   £18,010 - £19,631 (Based on hours and weeks worked)  Full Time Equivalent Salary : £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.  Contract Type:   Permanent  Hours:   30 hours per week - Part Time, Term Time Only + Inset days   Working Pattern:  Monday to Friday     Potential Start Date: 03 September 2026  An opportunity to empower students to reach their full potential by delivering tailored support that enhances learning, engagement, and well-being:  Support students by implementing appropriate strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, actively engage in high-quality classroom learning, and achieve their full potential. Take responsibility for delivering planned learning activities and supporting teaching programmes, as agreed with teaching staff, adapting approaches in response to students’ needs.  Contribute to measurable improvements in student attainment, as well as their social and emotional development.
