Lift Four Dwellings Secondary is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students in accessing learning, achieving their potential, and developing confidence both academically and personally. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential by supporting their learning, personal development and wellbeing. Working in partnership with teachers and pastoral colleagues, you will help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student feels supported, challenged and valued.
You will work with students both in the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop independence and build the confidence they need to succeed academically and personally. Through your support, encouragement and positive relationships, you will help improve outcomes and ensure that all students can thrive.
We are looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with young people and committed to making a lasting difference to their educational journey. You will be able to build positive relationships with students, work effectively as part of a team and remain calm and professional when supporting students with a range of learning and pastoral needs.
