Admin Assistant (SEND) 16 hours per week, Term Time only (39 weeks) Permanent contract Hours need to be worked within the school day, but there is flexibility on days worked. Support Staff B Grade - Β£25,614 to Β£25,956 FTE per annum (Actual Salary Β£9,500.08-Β£9,626.92) Start Date: 1st September 2026 We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Admin Assistant to support our busy SEND (Learning Support) department at The Romsey School. Key responsibilities: Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the SEND team Maintain accurate pupil records and documentation Input and manage data, including SEND information Support departmental operations (phones, post, stationery) Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide general pupil support About you: GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Strong organisational and communication skills Able to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team Calm, patient and professional, with a positive approach Why join us?
