Teaching Assistant

Our experienced Head teacher and his supportive senior leadership team are looking for a experienced teaching assistant to join their support team you will also support with speech and language in this role. This role is term time only 39 weeks per year, working 4 days per week. Key responsibilities includ e: Work in partnership with the class teacher and SENDco on identified priorities. Support a clear and soundly based educational vision, ethos and direction that promote and support pupils’ learning and their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Work with named child/children to ensure they make good to outstanding progress. Meet as arranged and / or as necessary with the class teacher, members of SLT and SENDco. To undertake relevant training and professional development in line with the school development plan.
