HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

The

successful candidate will:

Be

able to deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils, Have

relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching

assistant role, Be

able to cover all classes across the school Hold

at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support, Demonstrate

high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour, Be

creative and enthusiastic, Have

good organisational and interpersonal skills, Have

flair, talent and initiative, Demonstrate

a commitment to raising standards, Be

able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
