Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31 August 2027, subject to external funding linked to your allocated student  FTE/Hours: 32.5 Hours per week Working weeks: Term Time Only Salary: TPLTSS3 £19,221 - £19,525 (actual salary) Location: Pawlett Primary School Academy, TA6 4SB Closing date: 5th July 2026 Interview dates: 10th July 2026 Proposed start date: 1st September 2026 The Priory Learning Trust are looking to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Pawlett Primary School SEN team. The role will be 5 days a week, providing classroom and intervention support to specific pupils. We are a small, friendly team, benefitting from the wider collaboration of our other local TPLT schools. About the role Support children in their personal development and progress through school. Work with the class teacher to identify and deliver targeted support for pupils. Help develop positive learning behaviours, working collaboratively with the whole school team. Develop partnerships with parents / carers to increase involvement in their child's progress. About you Previous experience of working with children in an educational setting. Some knowledge of Child Protection procedures and SEND code of practice. Candidate will have a qualification in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A-C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework.
