They face considerable barriers to their learning and development” - OFSTED Main Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach Be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching materials, teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils’ you teach Be aware of pupils’ capabilities, their prior knowledge and plan teaching and differentiate appropriately to build on this demonstrating knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: Qualified to degree level including Qualified Teacher Status Teaching experience with the age range applying for Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills A willingness to be fully involved the life of the school community A commitment to supporting and enhancing our school’s ethos and vision Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification attached to support your application.
