Learning and Support Supervisor Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour (Gateway Central Services) Actual Salary £22,578.75 per annum 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days (39 weeks per year) Monday 0730 -1600 Tuesday 0730-1430 Wednesday 0730-1600 Thursday 07:30 - 1600 Friday 0730-1500 Start date: September 2026 Gateway Central Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Learning and Support Supervisors to join Cams Hill School. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in education and may aspire to become a teacher in the future. The main focus of the role will be to work as a Learning Supervisor, supporting pupils’ learning when teachers are absent. In addition, the successful candidate will help run our Breakfast Club and Homework Club, providing pupils with a positive, structured and supportive start and end to the school day. You will be supported by experienced teaching staff and school leaders, with training and guidance provided to help you develop your classroom practice, behaviour management skills and understanding of teaching and learning. This position is particularly suited to someone who is considering a future career in teaching and wants to gain valuable school-based experience. This role would be ideal for someone who: Is a recent graduate Is considering a career in teaching. Wants to gain meaningful classroom experience before applying for teacher training.
