We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal for Inclusion. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated professional to drive our inclusive ethos and ensure that every student, regardless of background, need or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for inclusion across the school, promoting a culture where diversity is celebrated, barriers to learning are removed, and every young person feels valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential. We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong strategic thinking and a deep commitment to inclusive education.
