Head of Year

We are recruiting for a Head of Year to join

our staff team. The Head of Year will provide pastoral and welfare support and

guidance within the specified year group. Working with students to maximise their

achievements and attainment across the college. They must be able to establish

excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and work well

within a team. The post holder will report to the Assistant Headteacher as part

of the overall pastoral team managed by the link member of the Senior

Management Team.
