The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist and Specialist to join our teams across Buckinghamshire and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a high-quality, integrated occupational therapy service across the Trust. You will: Lead on the development and delivery of innovative occupational therapy provision Deliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions tailored to pupil needs Embed therapeutic approaches across the curriculum to enhance learning and inclusion Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and inclusive practice Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil support Provide clinical leadership within your area of expertise About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional who has: A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC and RCOT registration Experience working with children and young people with ASC and/or SEMH needs Strong skills in delivering training and supporting multidisciplinary teams A commitment to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice Excellent communication and collaborative working skills Why Join Us?
