We are seeking someone who: Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly, Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers, Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn, Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children, Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed, Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills, Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently, Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
