A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. An approachable, positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families. A good understanding of the primary curriculum. Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow as part of a supportive team.
