Administrative Officer Rickmansworth School About the role Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth Contract type: Term time plus 5 INSET/Additional Days, Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 15:50 and Friday 08:00 - 15:20 (this includes an unpaid 20 minute lunch break). Salary: H3 pt 5-6 Β£25,583 - Β£25,989 plus Β£1,045 Fringe Pro-rata - Actual Salary: Β£22,878.78 to Β£23,227.61 pa incl. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing efficient and professional administrative support across the school. You will help ensure the effective day-to-day running of operations, supporting a wide range of administrative processes and helping to maintain a positive and organised environment. You will be an essential part of our school community, helping to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for students, parents, staff and visitors. While the role does not involve classroom teaching, your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be vital in supporting the schoolβs high standards and smooth operation.
