Sixth Form Administrator Rickmansworth School About the role Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth Contract type: Term Time Plus 6 Additional days and 1 INSET Day (September) Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 15:50 and Friday 08:00- 15:20 (this includes an unpaid 20 minute lunch break). Salary: H5 9-14 Β£27,254- Β£29,540 (Actual Salary - Β£24,530.67 - Β£26,512.40 per annum pro rata) Start Date: September 2026 This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the Sixth Form and provide high-quality administrative support to students, staff, parents and carers and external stakeholders. As a Sixth Form Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Sixth Form. You will provide professional administrative support across a range of areas, including student records, attendance, examinations, communications, events and university and careers-related processes. You will be an integral part of the Sixth Form team, helping to create a supportive, organised and welcoming environment for students as they progress through this important stage of their education. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential in supporting the high standards and smooth running of the Sixth Form. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
