Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

HLTA status (or possesses equivalent high-level classroom experience).

experience with SEND, showing a proven ability to adapt learning to meet

a strong understanding of child development and the primary curriculum.

proactive and highly organised, routinely using their initiative to drive

classroom learning and lead interventions.

an exceptional communicator who can build positive, trusted relationships with

pupils, staff, and parents alike.

as a team player, bringing flexibility and a commitment to ensuring the best

possible outcomes for all pupils.
