This role is designed for an advanced practitioner (sometimes known as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant) who is ready to use their enhanced skills and knowledge to support both our pupils and their fellow colleagues. Key Responsibilities Leading Learning: You will provide cover and lead class teaching as appropriate. This involves planning, delivering, and assessing lessons under the direction of a teacher. Targeted Interventions: You will plan, prepare, and deliver specific intervention programmes designed to close achievement gaps, using formative assessment to adapt provision Expert Support: You will adopt diverse strategies to increase the achievement of pupils from Nursery to Year 6, including those with SEND or from vulnerable groups Who We Are Looking For We are open to internal (school and RHMAT) and external applicants.
